Q: Is all the items ready for stock?
Answer: Yes, is ready stock in our warehouse, except made-upon-order items.

Q: How long can I receive them?
Answer: The parcel will ship within 2 business days, ETA of 7 -10 business days to be delivered except made-upon-order product, huge packaging order, or high volume quantity order.

Q: If my product is found broken, will you resend it / refund?
Answer: Yes, If your product is found broken, please take a picture or a short video to us, and we'll resend it to you immediately. Terms & Conditions Apply.

Q: After I placed my order, can I still cancel it?
Answer: Of course you can! But cancel is available before the parcel is ship.
